A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guest house or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Reception and Concierge Guests are greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our staff assist with check in's, escorting guests to their accommodation and concierge service offering tours & adventures. Housekeeping We offer a refresh service daily and a general cleaning of the apartment. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge. |

Laundry and dry cleaning Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests staying at Camps Bay Resort. For your convenience a laundry list and laundry bag is available in your apartment and can be dropped off at reception. |
