With the freedom of self-catering combined with the services and facilities of a hotel, Village and Life's Camps Bay Resort is a unique hospitality concept. A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of staying in a guest house or hotel. Guest services include daily housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.

Centralised Reception Guests are offered a centralised reception where they will be greeted and attended to by friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff.  Our staff assist with check in's and escort guests to their accommodation. Reception Hours 7h00 - 22h00 (from 1 Oct '09) Check in Times Check-in - 14h00 Check out - 11h00 Early arrivals and late departures can be pre-arranged at an additional charge.

Concierge Guests have access to the concierge service at the centralised reception or Cape Travel's office at 69 Victoria Road, where friendly and knowledgeable staff can assist guests with information and bookings regarding tours and attractions, airport transfers and car hire. Personalized Shopping To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can do the shopping for them, at an additional charge. Apartments can be stocked with their choice of groceries and personal necessities, and must be arranged prior to arrival.

Housekeeping Housekeeping services are offered all year round for guests at Camps Bay Resort. There is a refresh service offered daily to guests, which involves a general cleaning of the apartment. Linen is replaced once a week and housekeeping can be arranged on public holidays at an additional charge.

Laundry and dry cleaning Laundry and dry cleaning services are offered to all guests staying at Camps Bay Resort.
